SQEP Ltd is an established Defence Consultancy successfully delivering specialist technical support focussed on both UK Ministry of Defence and Defence Sector Industries. The company was originally established to provide core safety and airworthiness expertise to customers through various contractual routes but primarily within Tier 1 defence industry. This has evolved and developed over the years to include supporting the MoD indirectly through Contingent Labour support.

Providing SQEP with excellent governance and corporate structure is a highly experienced team led by Paul Mayo – who prior to co-founding SQEP was Managing Director at 2 established defence consultancies and acted as Head of Safety with responsibilities including technical governance, assurance and competence.

Through careful selection of employees and consultants, SQEP has progressively grown over the past 6 years – both in size and in reputation. Whilst initially focussing on complex aircraft safety and airworthiness related business, SQEP now has a team of available technical and project management individuals who deliver across the broader spectrum of disciplines that the defence related industry requires.
