Cubik Innovation is looking for an experienced Senior Electronic Production Engineer who can confidently start work delivering high quality products to our customers. You will be responsible for delivering PCB assemblies, cable harnesses, box build assembly and will provide support for Junior and Trainee Engineers.

You’ll also be responsible for ensuring that all products comply with EPC, IPC-A-610 and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent experience in production processes such as:

• Automated and manual SMT assembly
• Through-hole assembly
• Cable assembly
• Mechanical assembly
• Testing procedures
• Rework procedures
• Surface mount hand modifications
• Reflow techniques

And have:

• Completed a relevant degree level course and have 6 years experience, or;
• A minimum of 8 years experience
• Experience with Bills of Materials
• Ability to manage your own workload
• Ability to prioritise and multitask in a logical manner
• Ability to work to tight timescales and project deadlines
• Experience mentoring Junior Engineers
