- To attend project meetings with customers and clients, deputising for the Technical Lead if required to communicate progress and spend, recording minutes (if not covered by prime partner) and capturing actions.
- To work with Technical Lead and Business Development on future proposals ensuring the planning and costing is appropriately conducted, lessons are learnt from previous projects and that the necessary paperwork for contract negotiation is prepared.
- To work alongside the Technical Lead to identify, implement and manage project changes and interventions needed to achieve project outputs, managing the process of contract modifications in conjunction with the CFMS commercial team.
- To ensure all CFMS projects are closed down appropriately, and that technical and commercial lessons are learnt and appropriately captured together with customer feedback.
- Act as main focal point for all collection, curation and dissemination of project documentation, data and deliverables.
